PPCC List - 2022 Tri-state ask from Tony & Dianne

Hi folks,

I apologize in advance that I don't have time to do a quick poll over survey monkey or similar...

The hotel room outline in Glenwood Springs (not positive if these are iron clad yet):
room with single queen bed, $112 per night
Room with two queens or a king, $117 per night
The questions are:
-how many of you might arrive on Thursday night (vs say Friday)?
How many might stay beyond leaving on Sunday?

They are trying to figure out what to tell the Best Western Antlers as far as reserving a block of rooms.

I'm not sure if I want all of your replies so maybe you can reply to me for PPCC and Rick Beets (you're welcome Rick!) so we have a rough idea.

For me, sitting here tonight, 2 rooms arriving Thursday, single queen beds, leaving Sunday.
