Good Monday Morning,

As most of you know, the CCCC Rocky Mountain Car Show & Swap Meet is coming up.  Real Soon.  Like in two weeks.  Aug 6th at the Rocky Mountain Metro Airport in Broomfield. 11905 Corporate Way, Broomfield, Co. Attached is the show flyer with most of the important info. The Show is from 10am to 2pm.  We are moving Vendors in starting at 6am until 8am.  Then car show vehicles will move in between 8am and 10am.  Then the show kicks off at 10am.

We are charging Classic Vehicles $10 each for the show (lots of cool prizes) and Spectators $5 each. This money goes to the Collector Car Council of Colorado to support our hobby.

As in years past we will about 300 classic vehicles on display during the day.  Included this year is the Buick Club of America (Mile High Chapter) and the Colorado Mopar and Rocky Mountain Performance MOPAR Clubs Shows.  In addition, we will have a special display of Corvairs provided by the Pikes Peak Corvair Club and the Rocky Mountain CORSA.  We will have about a dozen War Birds provided by the Commemorative Air Force Mile High Wing and a dozen Vintage Military Vehicles provided by the Military Vehicle Collectors of Colorado.  Also, we will have some cool vendors and displays during the day.  As well as four food vendors this year.  And did I mention that we will be having a cool fly by with some cool planes and the Rocky Mountain Renegades will be back?

So, other than to make sure you come out to see us, what else do we need?

Volunteers to help.  I have attached a flow chart for the times and work that we need help with.  We are only asking for you to work a 2 hour shift.  That way you get to enjoy the show and not get too hot.

We need someone to volunteer for the following:
Spectator Parking Guide - you will be at the Spectator parking lot at 11101 W 120th Ave.  We have some folks from the Jeffco Community Service to help with this.
Help John Ehrlich at the Spectator Gate - Collecting the $5 per Spectator
Pass out Programs at the Car Show Gate -
Collecting $10 per car at the Car Show Gate -
Traffic Directors - to be at the intersection of W 120th Ave and Lewis Court to direct spectators to the spectator parking lot and show car vehicles to the car show.
Spartan College truck and trailer parking - 10851 W 120th Ave. Broomfield, Co - you will have volunteers from Spartan College to help with parking the trucks and trailers.

WE only need 11 volunteers to make this work really smooth.
