PPCC List - Activities Chair Needed

For those who were unable to attend today’s meeting, and didn’t notice the lovely article in last month’s Drip Line, or information in the minutes for several months, we are in need of an Activities Chair to help coordinate events for the club.  Chris has done a wonderful job for several years now, but with co-chairing Tri-State and recovering from surgery, she just doesn’t have the time to continue with Activities.

As with other club positions, you don’t have to live in Colorado Springs (or even on the front range for that matter) to help with this position.  Chris has an extensive list of past activities we could revisit, and lots of contact information that she is more than happy to share.  The Activities chairperson just needs to reach out to contacts and help set dates and plans and share those with the club.

We are planning to participate in the St. Patrick’s Day parade in Colorado Springs on March 11.  Randy Karl is spearheading this effort, so if you’re interested, please contact Randy.

I realize that I am not a Board member making this plea – I’m a club member like all of you who really would like to see more people get involved.  Please consider this and contact any Board member or Chris Kimberly directly if you would be interested.
