PPCC List - January PPCC Meeting

Hi all,

I thought I was going to get ahead this month but I'm still only a week ahead.

Below is the invite to the zoom meeting should you need/want to attend that way.

The board has discussed the venue for the meeting and so far we plan to attend at the Valley Hi golf course as usual.  The address is 610 Chelton Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I have the zoom start time as 09:00 but that is for me to fumble around getting my laptop to work.  The actual meeting start time is 09:30.  Come early to order breakfast if you wish.

I'm working on the agenda which will likely be pretty informal as usual but one topic of discussion I'm aware of is to once again consider the meeting venue and whether we try to find someplace further up north.  I'm not sure now if I started this or if we just discuss it in general.  I will still plan to come to Valley Hi unless something intervenes.  John Green was kind enough to do some research and trying to find a place that has a meeting space, breakfast, and can work with a variable group size is challenging.

If you have any comments or suggestions, please bring them to the meeting or email the board.
