PPCC List - A Rampside for sale in Loveland

Hi folks,
 
I was contacted this morning by a guy in Loveland who has become unable to drive due to health reasons and would like to sell his Rampside.  I told him I don't want to be a broker but I agreed to help him some since I need to go up to tend to my daughter's lawn tomorrow.  I'll take some photos while I'm there.  He has a suggested price range which I'll leave it to him to discuss with those interested.
 
The owner is Jim Ianson, 970.203.0614.  My notes from what he told me on the phone are as follows:
 
The truck in a '63 Rampside with a PG.  He did not say what engine.  He has owned it since 1971 (longer than I have owned my Corsa).  He bought it in Mountain View, CA.  He is a retired electrician from California.  I'm not clear when he moved here but he is living in Loveland now.  He said the paint colors are the original blue colors and the interior was reupholstered with the correct colors too.  He has replaced the axle bearings which I wrote down.  I believe he said he has done other work which I did not write down.  I didn't ask about mileage.  He said it is rust free and has been garaged since he has owned it.  He has 14" wheels with GM wire wheel covers.
 
As I read this, my notes are pretty thin.  I apologize, but give Jim a call.  Once I get photos perhaps our web masters can add this to the for sale sections of our web pages.  Jim also said it is OK to let CNM know as well but I don't have their listserv address handy.  I've copied Greg Nelson.
