PPCC List - 2025 Tri-State announcement from the 2024 Tri-State Banquet.

Hi everybody,
 
This is the article I had in my hand from Paul Seyforth about the 2025 Tri-State (RMC's turn).  Paul did a very nice job on this but it didn't seem like I should take the time to do a bad job of reading it to the room so you got the severe summary version.  
 
Beyond sending it to the RMC and PPCC membership I'm assuming it would be appropriate to post it on the club web pages and CNM can pass it along to their membership.
 
I received several compliments regarding the decision.
