Looks like it's only for veterans and active duty.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

All,
I just did this and it is real easy. Please do this asap so we can get all of us onto the Acadamy for the show. Will be great. I understand that we will be parked on either grass, gravel or pavement Parking Lots at the Stadium for the show.
Let's show some support for the young men and women Cadets.
I am planning on being at the Polaris Hotel at 0830 on Sunday May 4th. The address is 8989 North Gate Blvd., Colorado Springs, Co 80921. We can all drive in together if you want to.
Questions, please give me a call,

Here is the QR code to get onto base for all the personnel that do not meet the initial requirements. Once it is filled out, please allow 24-72 hours to receive the pass. Please try and get the QR code or link filled out at least 24 hours prior to the event.
When getting to the gate, you will only have to show your driver's license at the gate as your pass will be attached to it, when it is scanned by the base personnel.
If there are any problems trying to fill out the pass and you refreshed the page, you will have to visit the Pass and Registration Office next to South Gate to get your pass for the event.

The biggest lots we have are a mix of grass and dirt. I took my car out there, and it isn't too bad and is smooth. Lot 2 is the best and I am sure will accommodate everyone. Lot 3 will be primarily for overflow. We also have an additional paved lot with ~80 spots for those who really don't feel comfortable parking their car on the dirt/grass or those who really need it, it is located on the left of lot 3.
Here is a picture of the lots we have:

Good morning!
I have some slightly good news!
I spoke with the security forces personnel again and they directed me to get a QR code to work as a pass to get onto base. Anyone who will have access to this link will fill out the appropriate information and then will receive a QR code that they will show to the gate guards, which will then allow them to get onto base. This is for anyone who does not meet the initial requirements to get onto base!
If the QR code is approved, there is no need to bring cadets to an initial meeting point as people can directly take their vehicles onto base.
I sent out the information yesterday and I am waiting to hear back if they give it the green light. I will let you know ASAP what they tell me!
Thanks for your patience!
