Please let me know if you will be attending and if you would like to schedule some time as a volunteer to handle parking (no money will be exchanged), entry gate or other needed items.

I do not believe that Nick should put out the volunteer spread sheet you had attached.
It appears to be the list from last year.

I have attached the 2026 list with the information I have received so far.
Unless you have received all the information on the report you provided, it appears (on your list) that almost all the areas are spoken for.

Good morning.  Would you please pass this on to the club reps and club presidents for me?

CCCC Club Representatives and Presidents,

We are getting to the final steps in the planning and work on the 2026 Rocky Mountain Car Show & Swap Meet.  As you know this is our only fund raiser for our lobbyist and we need all the support of all the clubs.  The date is July 25, 2026.  I have attached a flyer for you.

If you want an ad for your club in the program that we will pass out during the show, we need your ad copy by July 3rd.  Please send me (at thompson660 at cs.com) what you would like and send your check for $100 to Samantha Baker at 880 W 70th Place, Denver, Co 80221.  For this you will get a 1/4 page ad (Cost for non CCCC members is $375).  If you want to meet up and then drive in together as a club we can park you as a club.

Another cool idea is for your club to purchase a Swap Meet space for the day.  Only $60 and it will give your members a chance to sell some of the stuff that they have been wanting to get rid of. You can bring a canopy for the booth and that way your members will get some shade.  Have each member work for a couple hours and so they can enjoy the show. Attached is a Swap Meet flyer which needs to be sent to Steve Utter at 1763 S Cathay Street Aurora, CO.

And one more thing.  We need volunteers to help with the show.  Last year we had 48 folks volunteer to help with the show. Only 2 hours per shift, so you can enjoy the day and the show.
    Friday Set Up - We need 6 folks from 2pm until 4pm
    Saturday Spectator Parking Guides - We need folks starting at 7am to 2pm.  2 per shift for 3 shifts (the early shift 7am to 10am is 3 hours) Shade is provided.
    Swap Meet and Spectator Entrance -  We need folks starting at 6am to 2pm.  2 per shift for 4 shifts. Shade is provided.
    Car Show Entrance Gate - We need folks starting at 8am.  2 per shift for only one shift passing out programs.  Shade is provided.
    Car Show Entrance Gate - We need folks to collect money from Car Show folks.  Only one shift and we only need two folks for this.  Shade is provided.
    Traffic Directors - We need folks for two shifts.  One is from 6am to 8am and we need 3 folks for this.  The other is from 8am to 10am and we need 4 folks for this shift.  Shade is not provided, but you will have a golf cart.
    Truck and Trailer Parking at Eldorado Ridge - We need folks from 6am to 10pm.  Two shifts with two people per shift.
    Vendor and Display Parking - Only one shift from 6am to 8am.  Need four folks - golf cart provided.
    Sunrise Senior Center Bus Assistants - Helping folks get on and off of the buses.  Three shifts. 8am to 10am, 10am to Noon and then Noon to 2pm.  We need two folks per shift.
    Golf Cart Drivers - We need three folks for this. Picking up folks and helping them get to the show from the parking lots.  8am to 10am, 10am to Noon and then Noon to 2pm.

And on July 1st the Sunrise Senior Living Center is having a car show for their residents.  400 Summit Blvd, Broomfield, Co.  1pm to 3pm.  Would be great if we could get a dozen or so cars there for them.
