and pull.&nbsp; You on the inside at the same time hit the door with your
shoulder or place a 2x4 across the door under the window and hit it hard with
your feet. Remember the button needs to be depressed.&nbsp; You will break the
plastic piece that has locked up you latch and it will work perfectly after
that.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></p>
