12.0pt;color:red">As you know the Corvair Exhibit at the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Forney</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Museum</st1:placetype></st1:place>
will start on September 1, 2015. Some of the cars have already been
delivered to the Museum.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt;color:red">Christof, the Director of the Museum, is requesting all forms
of memorabilia from the membership. Following is some information
regarding the displays.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" color="red" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size:
12.0pt;color:red">Please respond as soon as you can to Christof so he can
finalize all the necessary preparations.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

do you want to receive and control the memorabilia? <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b><font size="3" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-weight:bold">Typically
people bring their memorabilia items to the <st1:placetype w:st="on">Museum</st1:placetype>
well boxed and labeled. It is always advisable that they have an
inventory of what they are loaning so we can be sure to return the appropriate
items to the rightful owners. Any boxes of memorabilia are typically kept
in a secure office adjacent to our meeting room.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><font size="3" color="#3366ff" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#3366FF">People
have some vary valuable items and are asking about security.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b><font size="3" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-weight:bold">If they are
uncomfortable about loaning those items to the Museum for this display, then
they should not bring them. All the items put on display will be placed
in large Plexiglas cases which are screwed closed. Of the dozens and
dozens of special exhibits which I have organized we have never lost an
item. Some of the memorabilia has been quite rare and valuable (in the thousands
of dollars in value) and we have been honored to have the owners share those
items with the public. I strongly suggest that those owners inform
their insurance companies they are loaning out these valuable items and
where they will be located for these 3 months.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>
