</head><body><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;">An update on one of the pieces of legislation that actually made it out of committee during this legislative session, and was signed into law by the Governor; <strong>Motor Vehicle License Plate Mounting Requirements - Concerning the repeal of certain requirements for where a license plate is mounted on a motor vehicle</strong>.</p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #333333;"><em>The language</em>: "Current law requires each license plate to be at the approximate center of a motor vehicle and at least 12 inches from the ground.
