Day Parade in Colorado Springs on March 12th. The registration is due by Feb. 20th, before our next club meeting. We paid the fees two years ago when some members were interested, before Covid shut them down for two years. Those Fees are not returnable
if we don</span><span class="" style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:14.666666984558105px">’</span><span class="" style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:11pt">t participate this year, and to help cover the rising costs we will have to
pay an additional $50 if there are Corvairs in the parade. So, this is to ask who is interested in </span><span class="" style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:14.666666984558105px">participating in the parade?</span></div>

can be. We can have up to 10 cars. It would be nice to have at least one of each model/style there. We would probably need at least 4 cars to make a good showing. After the parade, we could meet somewhere for lunch, maybe away from the crowds.</span></div>

<span class="" style="font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">The Parade Route starts at Tejon & St. Vrain Streets, marching south on Tejon Street to Vermijo Street where we will disband. Immediately before the parade, the “5K on St. Patrick’s Day” Race will be held
at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Wee Leprechaun Fun Run at 11:00 a.m. Both races start at Acacia Park. The 50K Bike Ride is still happening, but we have split it into 2 weekends. The Family Ride will be on Parade Day and the Challenging and Intermediate Rides
will be held on March 19<sup class="">th</sup>. </span></div>

We do this because the weather is iffy this time of year, and we want to speed up the parade a bit for the safety and comfort of everyone!</span></div>

30,000 spectators will line the streets on parade day. Entry fee for political candidates is $150.00.
<b class="">ONE Candidate per Entry!</b> Candidates must ride in a vehicle to eliminate gaps in the parade. Parade is a “Hand-wave” event. Signage is limited to 1 lead banner and 2 campaign signs no larger than 3’ x 3’.
