<p class="MsoNormal">Just aa reminder about the Christmas. If you have not already let me know you are coming, please do soon. The restaurant needs to know how many to set up for. All the details are below.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have arranged to have our annual Christmas Party again this year at the Black Bear Diner. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>DATE:</strong> Saturday, December 7th, 2024</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>TIME:</strong> 2:00 P.M. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>PLACE:</strong> Black Bear Diner</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Munchie appetizers will be provided by the club. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will order from the regular great menu and will be given separate checks. Breakfast is served all day for us breakfast lovers! </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Portions are large. Be ready for a take-home box. We pay at the front counter.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will have a short business meeting where we elect your club officers for the next year. If you would like to volunteer yourself for a position, please let the board know before then. If you would like to nominate someone, talk to them before you let the board know.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will have our Yankee gift exchange (this is not White Elephant) but is typically something worth “fighting for” <span style="font-family: 'Apple Color Emoji';">😊</span>. If you care to participate, bring a wrapped gift in the price range of $15 to $25 and you will be given your number for your chance to pick. Mark the gift with a label for male, female or either. Be ready to steal your favorite gift from the hands of your friends! Once a gift has been stolen twice, it remains with that owner. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will be doing Toys for Tots again this year. We had several bags filled last year, so let’s not disappoint. Gifts are to be new and unwrapped. They are looking for items for the ages of 10 to 12, either gender. They will pick up from Black Bear Diner after our party.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It is always a great time of visiting and stealing gifts from each other. If it is nice weather, lets fill up the parking lot with Corvairs. Please plan to attend. Let me know sooner than later, and no later than Dec 2<sup>nd</sup>, if you are coming and how many will be in your party. </p>
