Hello all RMC members: At the PPCC meeting today the picnic hosted at =
the Air Force Academy grounds was discussed. The date is September 12, =
the place is a large pavillion on the Academy grounds, the same place as =
last year. Starting time is 1100hrs.
THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT: Ben Benzel needs a list of every driver and how =
many passengers in the car to hand to the security force at the gate. =
Ben needs the drivers' name EXACTLY as it appears on the drivers' =
license. If the guard gate doesn't have your name on the list you will =
not be allowed to pass. Of course you should also be able to show =
registration and proof of insurance.
The deadline for names is September 6. Ben's phone number is: =

PPCC furnishes plates/silverware/meat/buns and soft drinks. The price =
is $2.00 each. Please bring a side dish to share. There are tables and =
benches to sit on but you can bring lawn chairs also.=20
It can be a little cool/breezy on the Academy grounds in Sept, don't =
forget at least a light jacket.
All RMC members are invited to attend. Remember that PPCC members will =
attend the RMC picnic in August, RMC members should return the favor. =
