HI,
There is an ebay auction for a 1965 monza that was dressed up to be a
corsa. I'm actually thinking of doing the same thing to my 65. The
ebay auction is:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?
ViewItem&rd=1&item=2485463540&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT
So far the auction is at $188. I had two issues. I'm really not
interested in the car, just some of the mechanicals so I would want the
parts stripped and shipped to me to chicago. I'm not in a hurry to get
the parts and would be willing to pay for their removal. Specifically
I wanted the following:
complete 180 engine (looks like it is missing the turbo but if the
price is right...)
4 speed trans and diff
manual trans parts (pulleys, etc. I have an automatic switching to
manual)
side mirror and mounting bracket
Would you be interested in stripping the car for me? Afterward you can
sell off any other parts and as I said before I would be willing to pay
you.
