Hello John and all: Sorry for the mis-wording, my term 'treasurer' =
refers to you John, the treasurer of RMC. PPCC has never handled our =
money in the past on these ventures, RMC handles their own and turns it =
over (or a check to cover it all) on the Sunday of the event.
The reason for the absolute pre-pay is that Ben Benzel needs a head =
count for the room or if larger tables set up for us when we arrive.
