Hello all:  When posting, use an actual subject content in the subject line.  In other words, say 'carb parts needed'  instead of using the word 'help'.  When the mailman sees the word 'help' it guesses that the post may be spam.  Fortunately the site constantly monitors for spam and unwanted posts.  Thanks a lot.
