Hello all:  At the meeting tonight (which many of you missed by staying home where it was warm!!)
a question was asked about the new oils and the published articles in HOT ROD and other magazines about the perils of using the new oils with our old flat tappet camshafts.  It was also mentioned that CLARKS printed a warning about oil quality in their new supplement.  

I offered to print the below website address, a business who does many VW and PORSCHE air cooled engines.  They have done extensive testing on oil quality and you can decide for yourself whether it is meaningful to you.
