I did not ask the manufactuer on the tires; he said the tires would be $280 a set, out the door with install, balance, road hazard, etc.. big O has treated us very well on tire purchases from them and there has been no charge to rebalance, repair, etc..
 
He did tell me that each store decides what is to be stocked for tire sizes. This one just happens to stock our tires and since they are 50 yards outside the city limits, there is no city sales tax.

Yes, according to Steve Gongora (per his tire dealer) Firestone is continuing to manufacture this size.

Greetings from a daily driver Corvair member,

 

While getting a valve stem installed on one of my Corvair tires last Friday, I asked about the availability of P185 80 R13 tires for our Corvairs.

 

Amazing, they had two sets in the store and say they are stocking them!

 

It was the Big O store at Powers and Palmer Park here in the Springs.

Phone is 719 550 1840 and the person who helped me was Mathew Helberg.
