I don't have addresses for my other Corvair buddies in Denver.  I hope you are all doing well mid winter.  It's all downhill from here, and we will see what Punxatawny Phil says in a day or two.  I have come to the conclusion that I must sell my 914.  Maybe you could pass the information around.  I am too late for the newsletter this month.  I am asking $7,000 and you can see many pictures and details at my website at www.terrys914.shutterfly.com.  Feel free to forward this email.


Life with this car has been short, but sweet.  Sometimes, just when you get something the way you like it, you have to get rid of it.  My reasons are:  I am leaving for my Mexico Peace Corps assignment for two years in March;  I am already storing 4 other cars;  I am almost completed with this project, and I seem to be more interested in building than owning;  I'll start another one when I get back.  Maybe a 914 or 912.  I love the way this one talks to me.  


Anyway, Janna and I are doing well in north Alabama.  It's often colder here than Denver.  I do miss the nice snow sometimes.  But frogs are out chirping tonight here.  I don't think I can get back for the national convention this summer.  But if I do, I'll try to drive my Monza from PA.  She knows the I-70 route by heart now.  Say hello to everyone for me.  I miss the meetings.
