[Rmc-list] Volunteers needed to help with Convention Autocross

We are still in need of volunteers for helping with the Autocross on  
Friday, July 29th.  We have set up the event in 3 run groups.  The  goal is to 
get enough workers that we can do shifts (so no one has to work for  the 
entire day).
 
Please send me an e-mail (or call me) if you can help.  We have  various 
needs (traffic control, tear down, final setup, Radio communications,  shift 
workers.  
 
Friday morning Bandimere opens the gate (Gate A) at 7 am; we will be doing  
some final setup, drivers/workers meetings etc, so that we can start the 
actual  event at 9 am.  We WILL BE DONE by 3 pm.  We have to be torn down and  
out of there by 3:30 pm (Bandimere has other racing that evening), so there 
will  be no problem for people to get ready for the banquet.
 
Also, we will be setting up the course and signs Thursday afternoon  
starting at 3 p.m.  We could use some help then too.
