[Rmc-list] Autocross Help

All:

It looks like the BMW Club is willing to loan us their timing  equipment 
and 2 workers to help us with our National Convention Autocross.
 
So here is the deal.  We need volunteers (those that will be helping  with 
our Autocross) to spend a day helping the BMW Club with their next  
Autocross.  It will be a fantastic time, we will get instruction on using  their 
equipment, and how to properly run an Autocross.  This is the chance  for RMC 
to practice, so that our Autocross will run smoothly.
 
The BMW Autocross is Saturday, June 11th at Front Range  Airport.  They 
open the gates at 6:30 am (very early).  They  start with their driver's 
meeting at 8:30 am.  If volunteers could get  there by 7:30-ish, that would be 
great.

giving the BMW club a head count and names by Monday, June 6th.
