[Rmc-list] Tri-state in Salida

Hello fellow RMC members:  I drove to Salida today to check everything, all is in place and looks good.  The motel is virtually full.   There is only a couple of trailer parking places, I presume that everyone will be driving their Corvair since it is only around 160 miles down there.

When I was running around town visiting the C of C and newspaper and the caterer I was constantly stopped and everyone knew that I was driving a Corvair.  This will be an interesting Saturday morning with all of the locals stopping by to look at the cars and recall their own stories. 

If anyone has found a door prize you can tell me Friday night.  Hope to see you all at the meeting.
