Hello Fellow RMC Members,

A reminder that we're putting together our Rally/Poker Run, so I wanted to make sure I reached out again, and again to invite everyone from the RMC to attend.  Last year's effort was a dismal failure, and wound up being canceled due to zero participation, so this year, I've reached out to multiple car clubs to participate.  It would be a shame if I had the only Corvair out there, so get them out of the garage and plan on attending this year!

A nice leisurely drive through the countryside followed by a picnic and prizes.  The Rally will begin in Castle Rock, and will end in Colorado Springs  $5 entry per vehicle (2 folks - driver and navigator), just to offset the prizes.  Should be a lot of fun.

You DO NOT need to have a Corvair to participate and have some fun. This Poker Run will consist of 5 individual checkpoints where at each, you'll receive a single playing card. On your way to each checkpoint you will follow step-by-step directions and answer a variety of fun and interesting questions. At the conclusion of the Run, you will turn your hand in, as well as your answer sheet. Prizes will be awarded for the best Poker hand (5 card stud - nothing wild) and the most questions answered correctly. To offset the prizes, this Run will have a $5 per vehicle entry fee (2 people in the vehicle - driver and navigator). Please RSVP today on this Facebook event by clicking on the "Going" "Maybe" or "Not Going" button, or, email your intent today directly to PPCorvairClub at gmail.com   so you don't forget.
