Hi all,

 

For those who don't know, almost every year I join the 9-11 stair climb
at Red Rocks to honor the firefighters who perished during 9-11 and as
a fundriaser for the Fallen Firefighters Foundation.  I am on a
local rescue team who responded to the event so this is quite personal
for me.

 

I ususlly thrash around for a month beforehand climbing stairs at a
local rec center so I don't pass out during the actual
climb.  It is not timed and it's not a race, but many people get
together to do it.  Many firefighters from many jurisdictions show
up to climb as well.
