Hello Fellow RMCers,

As called out during our last meeting, the below car show up in Keenesburg is a major fund raiser for the sanctuary, and there promises to be a lot of cars, bikes, trucks, and anything else with wheels on site.

There will be several folks making the trip from the Springs, Castle Rock, and Centennial area, so let me know if you want to join the caravan and we can all head in together.

Looking to leave the Castle Rock area around 6:30am.

Subject: [PPCC] Wildlife Sanctuary car show

Hi Everyone,

The Wildlife Sanctuary Car show is this Saturday out in Keenesburg. The car show is free, out in the parking area, and prizes are being given out in various people's choice categories. Food vendors are to be there as well as live music.

I called to check on admission to the sanctuary itself for those of us bringing cars, and the admission price is $30 to walk the 1 mile long overhead walkway to view the animals.....lions, tigers, bears, wolves, etc., that have been rescued and are now living better lives. The car show is from 10-4, but those who need to leave early can do so with no problem. Staging begins at 8 am. From Castle Rock, the drive out is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, barring no traffic problems.

Anyone interested in caravanning, we can set up a couple stops , so we can all enter the show together as a group. Please let me know if you are planning to come and if you are interested in caravanning there, so we can set everything up. Thanks.

Happy Vairing!!

Chris
