[Rmc-list] Mini Car Show at Brookdale Greenwood Village Senior Living - Saturday, Sept 8th

Hello again RMC Crew,


I know that this event is in conflict with the Centennial Car Show that several of you have already communicated that you plan to attend, myself included, however, I'm passing this along in the hope that there are others in the group who would like to support this opportunity to share, and prompt, some memories with folks who may have connected with the Corvair earlier in their lives.


The Brookdale Senior Living Center in Greenwood Village is putting together a mini car show on Saturday, September 8th, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  They have room for 24 cars total, and asked if we would be able to provide a couple Corvairs for the residents to enjoy.


It's a funny thing about cars, the sight, the smells, it's just something about the experience that triggers a thought or a memory, when nothing else seems to get through.  If you're part of that revelation for someone, it is truly special.


If you check your calendar, and do believe that you can support this mini show at the center, please email me directly so I can pass a count of cars to the senior center director by the 4th of September.
