[RMC List] - RMC Bylaws For Membership Review - DRAFT - 2nd Reading

Hello Again Members of the RMC,


Having received a couple comments from the group related to the Meeting schedule and a couple grammar/typos, the bylaws document has been updated with those changes, and is now submitted back to the membership for a 2nd reading.


Unless there are significant concerns expressed during our discussion in November's business meeting, we'll seek a motion to vote and ratify the attached as our updated bylaws and standing rules.


A reminder that, as a member, you have the right to vote, so please come out to the meeting and express that right. All votes regarding amendments to the bylaws will be governed by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present.
