[Rmc-list] RMC-List Errors

Hi all,

A recent message sent to members of the RMC-list resulted in errors to 
some of the recipients.

The system thought that there was some problem with some of the e-mail IDs.

It could not send the original message, but it did send a message about 
the failure to those IDs that failed. (not logical)

I have made all of those that failed active again. So if you received 
the error message, you don't need to take any action.

There is no logging available to enable analysis of this failure.

I will try to keep up with any future failures and look for a solution.
