[RMC List] - Wing Over the Rockies

Hello!

The Wings Exploration of Flight event is next Saturday, March 23rd, at 11:00 AM . The address is 13005 Wings Way, Englewood, CO 80112.

The staff there will rope off a paved parking area for us. Rain or shine the show will go on. I’ve applied for an admission discount but the reduction is based upon the number of attendees (which won’t be known until we arrive). I’m betting on us. Both RMC and PPCC are participating.

It is a long shot but we might be able to get a photo op on the taxiway in front of the hanger. Depends upon the weather and vehicle count and if we smile a lot..

At Perfect Landing, they have room in one area for about 20 people. After that, some might have to sit nearby (the special area is adjacent to the main dining area). You’d order from the extensive (yummy) menu and they do include the tip (20%) in your bill (I’m trying to negotiate a reduction though).

If you haven’t done so already, please let me know (kschifftner48 at gmail.com <mailto:kschifftner48 at gmail.com>) if you are going to the restaurant.  My count so far shows we’ll be under the 20.

At Perfect Landing there is a large parking area opposite the entry to the Restaurant. We should have plenty of room. In the event that folks arrive at the restaurant early, just mention you are with the Corvair group.
