[RMC List] - Ballot for officers, voting at the holiday meal

Mike:
in the past, we've had several means and methods for the "election".
when  there is just one person going for a position, usually a show of hands or an "Aye" (or is it "arrgh"?)  or a "Nay" voice vote suffices.

When we've had several folks vying for a job, we've gone to done the semi-secret ballot method, tabulated and audited by the top auditing firm in the business...a couple of RMC Auditors /Trustees (or "volunteers")

Thanks for all volunteering for positions. It's a fun gig.
