I've set it up so you can join from your web browser (Chrome is the
recommended  browser), but I've found that using the downloaded app gives
the best performance and is available for Mac, PC and for mobile.  No
internet no problem.  You can join by telephone using one of the numbers
above.  Sorry, no toll free.

To join by computer, you should have a Mac or Windows Pc that has a camera
and microphone.  This is where a Laptop is best.  The Zoom app available for
Android or Apple iOS also can utilize the built in camera and microphones in
tablets or smartphones.
I would also suggest if you don't already have the Zoom app on your
preferred device, that you get it downloaded and installed the day before
the meeting.  You don't have to sign up for a free account, but I'm finding
it's a pretty handy tool for staying in touch with friends and family.
