RMC List - PPCC List - Fwd: School of Mines Car Show Update

Please read a little closer about what is required vs encouraged.  Last
paragraph for showing a car doesn't contain requirements, only steps
encouraged.

As I read it, mask, distance, and 1 per car are requirements, not too
daunting.  Last one is solved by dropping your passenger before registering.

Testing and quarantine are suggestions.
