RMC List - ! RMC Christmas Party Update-Very Important !

NEW PLANS!  Our date is the same, Saturday, December 11, 2021.  Our
previous host restaurant The Littleton Cafe
cancelled our Christmas party.  This was very last minute, so we are
sending all of you the new party information.
The RMC website has also been updated with new information.

We believe this will be a convenient venue for everyone. The time has been
moved by just one hour to 2:00 P.M.
We are so sorry for this late change, but we had no control over the
situation and feel very fortunate to have found a great
restaurant/diner for our party.  We just got this reserved today and are
letting you know as soon as we possibly could.

This is just east of the I-225 / Iliff Exit

Black Bear Diner was originally our first choice for the Christmas party
this year.  However, when we spoke with the management
a few months ago, they were not in a position to take our reservation due
to lack of staff.  They are now in good condition and are
excited to have us!

The menu is pretty typical for a good diner.  They have all-day breakfast
(huge selection), burgers, hot and cold sandwiches,
salads, a lighter menu variety, and great desserts.  They serve wine, beer
and soft drinks, lemonade and hot chocolate.  If you
look at their website to check out the menu, please note that DINNER
selections are not available until later in the day.

We have a nice separate area for our group with plenty of tables and booths
to accommodate all our needs.
Remember the gift exchange and Toys for Tots with the usual reminder that
Toys for Tots gifts are not to be wrapped.
