RMC List - Rampside for sale

Hello all,

I received a call from Doug in South Park.  He has this Rampside for sale.  Below is his description about it. I have more photos, as you can send only a few via email.  So, you can contact me for more photos, but I’d rather you just go ahead and contact him.  His email and phone are attached and he was CC’d.

Hi, I am the new owner of a '62 Corvair 95 Rampside. It last ran in 1972. The engine is in the bed, most everything is there. Rust in the usual places, and a "repaired" front end collision below the windshield. I do believe that it is highly savable, and would make a great project, no title. Been sitting at 10,000 feet, for 50 years.The drivers door gap is perfect! All around! Drivers floor is very solid. I was going to ask $2500, locally if I could, if no takers, I'll do an online auction... Kinda steep, I know, but it's almost all there, and hasn't been butchered. I was shocked by the drivers door gap. Zero sag, clicks shut and opens like new... But then, I have to remember that it hasn't been through thousands of openings and closures for 60 years. Just blasted the 95 with compressed air and magnet checked the body, no mud, no rust, except for forward of the rear wheel openings... Would be a nice one, I think. I would entertain the idea of a showing for you and your interested club members, if you like. We are in the middle of nowhere, in Park County, outside of Fairplay, Hartsel, and Jefferson. Kinda the Bermuda Triangle of Colorado!😝😝😝 Let me know if you would like to come up and see it. South Park is beautiful right now. Do you know of anyone who might be interested?
