Yes to richen mixture these days and even more so on PG cars so timing can
be close to normal.

Stick cars at this altitude do well with ,052-.053.  PG cars like .053-.054.

Depends on spark plug heat range too.

I warned Mikey about pump location and rubber hose when he stopped by the
shop the other day.
