RMC List - Quick Note on the Christmas Party

We hope you have all seen notification at least once about the Christmas
Party on December 10.

Just a couple of things to update you.

The construction on the corner of Black Bear Diner continues to grow.  You
won't be able to see the diner from the west until you
pass the construction.  Remember that the most parking is available on the
east side of the building, but there is some in front
as well.

Please pick up a ticket for your free first drink from Gail or Kory upon
arrival.  Also pick up a number for the gift exchange at the
same time if you are taking part.

We had said there is no alcohol at the diner.  We stand corrected.  We
checked and found that they do serve some beer and
possibly some wine/champagne will be available.   Please check with the
servers for selection.

There was some previous confusion about the time of the party.  We will
meet at 2:30 p.m. at Black Bear.  If you don't see
the group, ask at the front desk.  We may be in the same spot as last year,
but we may be further to the back.
Black Bear will provide separate checks.

If you have any questions or have somehow missed the announcement for the
party, you can reply to this email with inquiries or check
at rockymountaincorsa.org.  Also remember to RSVP at rockymountaincorsa.org by
December 1.
