RMC List - Meeting tonight zoom invite and by-laws amendment

Time really got away from me last month, so here is the amendment to the by-laws that were discussed at the last meeting to allow me to continue in my role as RMC President at least 1 more year.



ARTICLE IV - OFFICERS
SECTION 1. Officers: The elected Officers of the RMC shall be: President, Vice
President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
A member elected to the position of President or Vice President shall hold that
position for no more than three consecutive one-year terms.

 

n  Amend to read “A member elected to the position of President or Vice President shall hold that position for no more than five (5) consecutive one-year terms.”
