All,
If you are having any difficulties with hotel registration for the Tri-State in May, please contact me if you can't resolve it with the hotel registration staff.  I am the PPCC club's coordinator with the Hampton Inn and need to know of any issues so they can be fixed.  There have been some recent issues with people registering and being told the negotiated rate was unavailable.  That is not the case, as the rate is still available. I am working with them to ensure those issues don't happen, and we have sufficient rooms at the negotiated $119/night rate. That said, they only have that rate until April 19th.
We're looking forward to a great event, so don't wait to reserve a room and register for event. 🙂
