Thanks for sharing this information, John. The address that PPCC shows from last year's Tri-State registration is 261 Walker Lane, Durango, Colorado 81303. Maybe the address you have is more current.

FYI - Tim has been a long-time member of PPCC - RMC sent information in the message below on where condolences should be sent. They do, however, have a different address than PPCC shows for Tim and Lillian.

Here's his post that was on Corvair Central from yesterday:

Hello everyone. This is Matthew Shortle, Tim Shortle's son. You may know me attending several Corvair conventions with my dad since Buffalo in 2006 when I was 9 years old.

Today, I am deeply saddened by the death of my father Tim Shortle. Tim was not just a great Corvair enthusiast but a great father as well. He has been involved in Corvairs for over 40 years judging some events at Corvair conventions, showing off his Corvair collection, and winning some awards such as Long Distance.

Tim was a member of Rocky Mountain CORSA and Tri-State Corvairs. Tim was survived by his wife Lilian and his 2 sons, me and Anthony.

My family wants privacy at this time. My phone number is 970-903-2211 if you want to contact me. You can use this post to remember some memories of Tim.

Timothy Shortle will be deeply missed.
