RMC List - February meeting

Hi folks,
 
Please note I'm getting this out slightly more than 24 hours ahead of time...  Zoom meeting data at the bottom.
 
There have been several suggestions about what we should cover as new or recurring business and the comments show we have some housekeeping to do.
 
My memory is imperfect but this is what I can recall at the moment:
 
    * 'Tis Dues season.  You can hand John Dinsdale a check or cash at the meeting or you can use the PayPal option from the web site.  I don't know that we have an official cutoff date but how about 1 March?  I don't know that we've had a hard policy about removing those who have not paid from the Dripline distribution but that leads me to...
    * Who is the keeper/maintainer of our roster?  I believe several need to know who is a member so things like name tags, Dripline distribution and emails can be maintained.  We should briefly discuss the flow of information, including what needs to go to Dale for the web page.
    * More generally, who are our board members and appointed folk?  Eric had a list in the last Dripline: 
          o  President, me (B)

          o Treasurer, John Dinsdale (B)
          o Member at Large (not size), Tony Lawler (B)

    * (B) = Board member but we should confirm with Bylaws, (A) = Appointed or volunteered
    * Tri-State update, some field applied changes in direction to be brough t forth.
    * Evidently, we have a Facebook Page.  The administrators are listed as Michael Timmons, Nate Glade, Fred Bores (Boulder), Kevin Williams, Conrad Trybus, Mike Hulsi (Calgary, Alberta).  Other than Michael, do we know who these guys are?  Apparently, the page was set up as a private page for communications within the club.
I feel like I did pretty well to remember this stuff.  This is not intended to be the final agenda but things to ponder before the meeting.  I'll work on the agenda tonight so if something is missing, let me know via email or test.
