RMC List - Please note! Moving the 5 July meeting to 12 July

The short(er) email piece is I'm going to call an audible and move the 5 July meeting to Friday 12 July at 7:00 PM and Elway Chevrolet.  Per the bylaws the president can set the time and place of meetings, so RHIP.  Since the email list at the moment may still may be incorrect or unreliable, please also pass this to your friends.  I know we will loose a couple of members, and yes I'm very aware we had a vote at the last meeting but due to the holidays we had several who developed conflicts on the 5th so we will gain a few people who would not have been able to attend, me included.  When I sent an email to the (potentially broken) list to ask about the change, many said fine, or that it is helpful.  As we know, not everybody can attend every meeting.
 
So the now equally long backstory.  In the process of asking for permission to use the meeting room at Elway on the 12th, I discovered that AJ retired a couple of weeks ago.  I eventually found my way to Jeff Silverberg who is the General Manager.  I believe he was not entirely certain of our past arrangement.  No shade intended here, that will happen.  I've exchanged emails with him better explaining (I hope) that our past arrangement was to meet there in whatever that room is called(?) from 7:00-9:00 PM (19:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs) on the first Friday of the month.  He initially said we'd need to be out by 8:00 because they close then.  I explained we clean up, put stuff back, turn off the lights and leave by 9:00.  If they have been locking that door on the stairs earlier, I'm not aware of it but don't leave you personal effects behind is a good plan in any case.  I think he'll be OK with the first Friday thing but if we need to change when we leave, our snack/social time may be short
 er and I'll need to talk less, we start earlier, or whatever.
 
Is there someone who could run over on the 5th and put a sign on the door that we've move the meeting to the 12th, one time only?
