RMC List - "The club is not serving the needs of the members" comment

I see I gained another 200 memails today so it's going to take a bit to work through them.
 
A comment was made one of the meetings that the club is not serving the needs of the members.  The statement was made and I don't recall there were any comments that were useful for fixing this, so if anybody has comments or can articulate  what this means, please let us know so we can work on corrective action.
 
As the president, I believe I'm held responsible for the overall well being of the club but I'm not creative enough to try to solve what appears to be a complaint without further input.
 
Stand by for a Zoom meeting announcement.  I'll also weed out my email and see if there is anything else pressing.
