Hi, 

  

As usual, I'm a bit behind.   

  

The Picnic is 8-17-25 at the same place as last year, Bear Creek Lake Park.  I believe the place in the park is the same as last year and I'll bet Dale has info on the web site. Dale indicated there is a burn ban, so I pestered Eric to bring his grill again.  We need to figure out a future plan B like bringing or catering something like BBQ, or maybe a food truck if we can decide on one or maybe two.  I have no idea how this would work. 

  

I've attached a PDF of a spreadsheet that I came up with based on my notes from the 8-1-25 RMC meeting.  Please let me know of suggestions or corrections.  I was particularly fuzzy on quantities of meat.  Karen will likely bring a water pumper but she does not have the cargo space she did last year.  I'd like to try to keep my items to fit in my convertible. 

  

I did not put lawn chairs on the list.  A few trash bags might be wise...
