RMC List - A short post-"meeting" email

Hi everybody,
 
I'll see if I can make this short.
 
Thanks to Gail and Kory for their efforts for the holiday get together.  I think it was a good event with great attendance and participation in the gift exchange.  Thanks to Dylan for MC-ing the gift exchange.
 
>From a "meeting" perspective:
    * I'd assume the prior meeting (November) minutes were approved.  I was not at that meeting but if you have comments on the minutes give them to Rob.
    * Rick Beets is our new Treasurer.  Thanks to rick for allowing John Dinsdale to retire.
    * Eric has established Wednesday 12/10/25 as the cut-off date for any more future of RMC meetings surveys.  Please send and completed surveys or stray comments to Eric or Rob Brereton.  They will compile the results and report ot the group.
    * There was a question somewhere along the way about whether we should have a meeting on 1/2/26.  The board members present after the meal who discussed this did not seem to have a clear consensus since this was the day after New Years.  Please email me with your thoughts.  Turnout has been pretty thin lately, including me, but I'll be happy to set up a meeting if that's what folks want to do.
I hope everybody has a healthy and happy rest of their holiday season.  Remember, after 12/21/25 we start gaining a few minutes of daylight each day!
