RMC List - August 2025 RMC meeting

Hi folks, 
 
I set this up and then went to Omaha and parts of Iowa for several days but I'm back and trying to catch up.
 
Here is the meeting invite for this Friday, 8/1/25 for 7:00 PM (19:00 hrs) at Elway Chevrolet.  We need to honor their request to be out by 8:00 PM so I'll continue to work at keeping the meeting SHORT.
 
As I type this from a desk at my pre-retirement employer I don't have a lot of topics in mind but that may change.  We do have the Picnic coming up and I could use advice about how many hamburgers, brats and veggie/chicken items to bring, along with associated buns.  We need to work out utensils, condiments beverages and other club supported items to bring (?).  Last year I said I'd make a list and didn't get that done so I'll do better this time for the future.  There has also been a discussion of having the club reimburse our entry fees since the club has a fair amount of cash on hand.  Thoughts there?  Our format in the past has been to have the club provide the above items and the attendees bring pot luck sorts of items to share.  Does anybody know what the charcoal grill status is this year?  If we can use the on-site grill then we'll need charcoal and lighter fluid.  We'll need cooking utensils as well as plates and tableware...  Sorry to free associate here.
