RMC List - Wilshire Memorial Picnic

Folks,

We have the Wilshire Memorial Picnic location and date confirmed.

It is once again we'll meet at The Bear Creak Lake Park in The Mountain 
View Shelter on Sunday August 17th.

As usual we should gather a bit before 11:00. That gives us time to get 
things set up and spend some time chatting.

Pretty much the same everything as past picnic.
