RMC List - Reminder, complete and send your surveys

Good afternoon,

Please complete the survey that was in the last two newsletters, and bring
it to the meeting, or send it to a board member.  Instructions on sending
are at the top of the form!  You can send to me (rsbrereton at gmail.com) or
other board members, please don't reply to all via RMC list.  You can
include your name or not as you choose.

Please take the time to give input to guide the direction of RMC for the
future!  We need to hear from you.

To make it easier I included the survey as an attachment.
