<DIV> This was the first annual Corvair In, is is a
non-sponsored event for all Corvair owners and friends. The weather was great
and the sowing of the Corvairs was a huge favorite of the crowd and many other
owners of rods and other classics went over to check the little cars out. There
were at least 10 statements of, " I've never seen this many Corvairs in one
place". We were the hit of the Sonic and will be forever remembered. Larry and I
would like to thank the following for attending and their support and attendance
we would not of had a show. Wo once again thanks to Jim and Linda and Buster
(early red coupe), Larry and Lynn Yoder (late red coupe), Terry and Kathy and
Brad Griffith (late red coupe), Kevin and Robin Shipman (late orange customized
coupe), Ray Klomp (early purple convertible), Steve and Ruth Goodman (red Manx
Corvair powered dune buggy), Jerry and Nancy Gerteisen (early red convertible),
Bud and Linda Duncan (early red convertible) and last but certainly not least
Paul Cvikovich (yellow Lakewood station wagon). With the great turnout you can be
sure we will have another Corvair In get together in the future, and again
thanks to all that came out. In the future we will have a short film on the
Corvair In and the other cars at the Sonic to show at a club meeting.</DIV>
