I just confirmed hotel rates as below if you want to use my home town as a mid-way point for the Toss Trip. Again, some nice driving using this route and a fully equipped shop at your disposal in Kanab, UT if needed.

The only catch is that the hotel owner will only guarantee said rates if rooms are reserved this week (by August 31). Apologies but that was new wrinkle I was not originally made aware of.
